Great live music venue with strong Irish roots – this bar is has gigs almost every night of the week.
Accessibility
- There are two music venues, one upstairs which is not wheelchair accessible as they don’t have a lift, and one on the ground level which is wheelchair accessible.
- There’s one small step and double doors at the front entrance but there is also a level access way into Whelan’s through the side (fire exit) entrance.
- There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom on the ground level, they keep it locked so you will need to ask the bar staff for a key.
