The Bad Ass Café, established in 1983, was and remains a landmark establishment in Irish tradition and culture. It has played host to a long and colourful history such as almost burning to the ground, being listed on the ‘Rock ‘N’ Stroll Tour’ of Dublin, housing one of the oldest cash payment systems in Ireland and employing the extremely talented Sinead O’Connor.
