Westfield is a beautifully appointed stone farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Northumbrian countryside. Located at the end of its own private drive, the house is within a couple of miles of Northumberland National Park, and its idyllic setting offers a seclusion that is hard to find – even in Northumberland! The Bed & Breakfast is run by Tim & Emma, with a little help from their three young daughters (Grace, Iona & Delilah).
We are family friendly and attract sightseers, walkers and cyclists alike. We have ample room for bike storage and would be delighted to offer advice on some of the best rides and walks in the area – many of which are direct from the front door.
We have three very comfortable bedrooms all enjoying views over the magnificent Simonside Hills. We have an incredibly spacious en-suite master bedroom, which sleeps up to four, an en-suite double room and a triple.
We are located in an idyllic setting 3 miles from the market town of Rothbury in Upper Coquetdale on the edge of Northumberland National Park and are very well placed for exploring all that Northumberland has to offer
Our breakfasts are delicious and consist of a large, continental style buffet comprising croissants, bread, fruit juices, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cold meat, cheese & smoked salmon - and of course a pot of freshly brewed tea or coffee.
