A McMullen pub since 1924, the Bull was rebuilt in 1972.
Often confused with her local sister pub The Bull’s Head (beware if you’re booking!), this is a peaceful oasis in a busy part of town with an old-fashioned public bar discreetly tucked away for those traditional pub moments.
This is a lovely local in which to spend time with friends and family, by the fire when it’s chilly or soaking up the rays in the garden on sunny days. Join us for some quality family time at our famous and spectacular Sunday Carvery or any other time for hand-crafted local real ales, fine wines and lots of smiles!
