Homely and inviting, The Bull is one of Tunbridge Wells’ cosiest traditional pubs - serving up first-class food and fine ales in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It’s run by Alex Jones, former chef at top London eateries including The Ivy and Sketch - so it’s little wonder The Bull has become one of the town’s top dining destinations for a pub lunch or evening meal.
It’s not just local foodies who flock here though. With a roaring fire inside and a beautiful courtyard garden for summer, this is also the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful pint.
Beer aficionados can savour local ales from Kent brewer Shepherd Neame, while a superb selection of lagers, wines, spirits and soft drinks ensures all other tastes are catered for.
Speaking of catering to all, the pub is dog friendly (only fair, given that there are two living here already!) but in busy periods you will need to book in advance to make sure we have room for them!
Children are welcome too, but please note that under 18s are not allowed on the premises after 9pm. If booking with children, please ensure you leave enough time so as not to be rushed - The Bull is all about relaxation after all!
