We are lucky to have some wonderful quality suppliers including Ridleys Fish and Game, Castle Bank Butchers, Doddingtons Dairy of Wooler, Donaldsons of Stanhope.
Our menu varies daily depending on the seasonal ingredients available and our dedicated chefs often catch fish and shoot rabbits and wood pigeon for the menu.

-Morley farm 28 day aged rib eye steak with mustard cream sauce and pan juices, honey glazed root vegetables, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes
-Pan fried crispy salmon on parsley crushed new potatoes with savoy cabbage and chive cream
