Our dream has always been to open our home to guests. We have designed a purpose built guest wing on one end of the house. It is designed to give our guests the best of the views and be private from the family home. There is no internal access between the house and the B&B.
The house is built in a secluded rural setting on 60 acres of farmland grazing cattle and horses. So there is plenty of room for a morning walk, either up the hill for even better views, or through the native bush.
We have facilities to host corporate off-site/meetings for up to 16 people. We can provide, Great location – only 40 minutes from Auckland and yet feels a completely different world.
ACCOMMODATION
The Auckland B&B accommodation features two rooms, both with queen-size beds dressed in quality linens, and private en-suite bathroom. The living area is set up for relaxation, with big leather sofas, plenty of magazines, a surround sound home theatre system, flat screen TV with Sky and a DVD player.
Wireless internet access is available for your laptop.
KITCHEN FACILITIES
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the equipment you need for a self-catered stay, including a microwave, induction hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Should you wish to dine out, we can recommend a number of restaurants located nearby.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast provisions are supplied the night prior, so you can enjoy it at the time and pace that suits you. Cooked and continental is available, with bacon and eggs and cereals, fresh homemade bread and preserves. To accompany, fresh fruit juice and a selection of teas and coffee is provided, or if in need of a stronger wake me up, espresso coffee is a speciality.
POOL & SPA
During summer, enjoy the 20 metre swimming pool which overlooks 60 acres of farmland and across to views of the coast, or indulge in the outdoor hot spa in the evening with a glass of wine.
