We are a new independent restaurant, owned by three friends who want to bring you a truly special culinary experience, almost making you believe that you could be sitting in Taormina, Sicily and not in Crawley.
Our menus are traditional Sicilian fare, which include a wide selection of fish dishes, thus moving away from the trendy chain restaurants we will introduce you to a friendly new restaurant experience where it’s all about our customers being content.
Of course there are some traditional Italian dishes that should never be replaced and we will always try to accommodate our customer’s desires where possible.
