Low-key, individually styled rooms and 1- and 2-bedroom suites feature unique layouts and old-world charm. All include microwaves, minifridges and free Wi-Fi. Unique features include antiques, wet bars, balconies and/or fireplaces, and some have extra floors. An antiques-filled 1-bedroom cottage has brick floors, a kitchen and a private courtyard.

Standard Queen
Standard Queens rooms are comfortable and quaint – each with their own personality. They are quiet rooms located on an upper floor. (We have a very small elevator). Each room is furnished with 1 Queen bed, bathroom window, with a limited French Quarter “rooftop” view. Bathrooms have a shower without tub.
Deluxe Queen / Deluxe 2 Queen
Deluxe rooms are a step up from a Standard room, featuring either a better view, location, more floor space, or distinguishing architectural features. All bathrooms have a shower and tub combo.
Balcony Queen / Balcony 2 Queen
Balcony rooms offer either 1 or 2 Queen size beds, and a balcony with a picturesque French Quarter view facing either the street, a courtyard, or overlooking the French Quarter.
Petite Suite 1 / Petite Suite 2
Petite Suites come complete either 1 King or 2 Queens beds in an upstairs loft. Downstairs contains a living room, bathroom, and wet bar. These rooms offer more square footage, but limited views.
One Bedroom King Suite /One Bedroom Two Queen Suite
One Bedroom Suites offer a spacious layout including 1 king size bed or 2 queen size beds, separate sitting room, and either a private balcony overlooking one of our interior courtyards, or French doors that open directly onto the courtyard and pool. Some suites are split level, and all have a bathroom on same level as bedroom.
Two Bedroom Suite
Two Bedroom Suites offer two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each suite has a pull out sofa, making them perfect for larger groups and families. Rooms are all located on the interior making them more secluded and quiet.
Garden Suite
This one of a kind, split floor plan room offers a downstairs living room featuring flag stone floors, skylights, flower beds, banana trees, wall fountain, wet bar, and a full bath. A wrought-iron spiral staircase leads to a bedroom with king bed overlooking the area below and second full bathroom.
Creole Cottage
This secluded cottage offers a king size bed, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and large bath. The room is accented by tall ceilings, brick floors, antique furnishing. and a spacious private courtyard make the cottage a great place to call home.
Honeymoon Suite
Our Honeymoon Suite has a spacious bedroom with a hand-carved King size bed, and a separate living room, connected by large “double parlor” pocket doors. Tall ceilings, hardwood floors, antique furnishings, and a working gas fireplace create a warm, elegant atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap-around corner balcony facing both Toulouse and Dauphine Streets provides a great way to view the French Quarter.
Petite Maison
The Petite Maison offer a spacious 1200 square feet two-story floor plan including 2 King Bedrooms (upstairs), 1.5 bathrooms, large covered balcony over Dauphine Street, and another private balcony overlooking your personal courtyard in the rear. Slate floors on first floor and hardwood floors on the second make this house feel like home, while the full kitchen makes it a great option for extended stays.
