Old Trafford Old Trafford, Sir Matt Busby Way, Stretford, Manchester M16 0RA, UK

Old Trafford is a football stadium in Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, England, and the home of Manchester United.

Go behind the scenes at Old Trafford and see the stadium through the eyes of Manchester United greats themselves.

From the dizzy heights of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand, to the atmosphere soaked players’ dressing room, every moment will seem to carry the roar of 76,000 fans in your ears - none more so than the ultimate honour of emerging from the players tunnel and following in the footsteps of so many legendary reds.

The 70 minute (approx.) tours run 7 days a week from 09:40 to 16:30 except on match days where restrictions will be in place.

Due to a change in our stadium tour policy, any visitor who arrives late for their stadium tour will not be guaranteed being moved to a later tour slot. This will be subject to availability and we strongly advise you arrive at least one hour prior to your tour time to avoid disappointment. Please note that the day before or day after a home game we are exceptionally busy. Furthermore, if you have not pre-booked your stadium tour, we may not be able to accommodate you on the day due to the high demand around match days. Most of our stadium tours are sold out the day before or day after a home game so pre-booking is highly recommended.

Accessibility

We are keen for every guest at the Manchester United Museum to get the full experience from their visit, and we are committed to making access easy for all.  Our staff are happy to help answer any questions you may have.

We want to be certain that we have done all we can for visitors who may require additional assistance.  Please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions.

Wheelchairs

The museum is wheelchair friendly with lift access to all floors and accessible toilets on the second and third floors.

We have a small number of manual wheelchairs for hire from the ground floor reception of the museum.  (£10 returnable deposit).

The stadium tour can be altered to take into account wheelchair access.  It is always good for us to know about this in advance, especially during busy periods.

Access For Visually Impaired Visitors

Guide dogs are welcome in the museum and on the stadium tour.  If you do wish to take a guide dog on tour, please let us know in advance so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Guided tours of the museum for visually impaired visitors can be arranged upon request.

Access For Hearing Impaired Visitors

Assistance dogs are welcome in the museum and on the stadium tour. If you do wish to take an assistance dog on tour, please let us know in advance so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

A tour script is available for guests with hearing impediments.

Signed tours can be arranged in advance of a visit.
