Bridport is a small seaside village in Tasmania's sunny north coast, on the shores of Anderson's Bay nestled in a picturesque setting of natural bush with beautiful sheltered beaches. Bridport Seaside Lodge Backpackers YHA is a purpose-built hostel and is located opposite the river estuary. It is only a few minutes walk from the hostel to the beach, bakery, cheap eats, post office, internet cafe and shops.

See beautiful native flora at The Bridport Wildflower Reserve in the Granite Point Conservation Area and take a day trip to Bridestowe Lavender Estate, the world's best smelling and largest lavender oil producer. The Lavender estate is a whopping 260 acres and are in bloom in December and January.
