A prohibition-esque escape from the hustle & bustle of the real world!
Scotch & Rye is the Brainchild of Scott Murray, probably better know for creating Bar One, Inverness’ original modern-day cocktail bar.
It was decided, after some extensive travelling, that there were elements of bars from around the world that could be combined to create a premium product, with a very accessible feel. After 18 months in the planning, Scotch & Rye was born. Although the name was the last thing to be decided – only 3 weeks before opening!
It is style is industrial prohibition with a splash of steampunk thrown in for good measure. The menu is inspired & delicious, and the drinks… well, that would be telling!
