iver House is situated on the banks of the River Ness, at the foot of the Victorian built Greig Street suspension bridge.

We are open from 3 pm serving the finest seafood and shellfish, sourced locally and beyond. Oysters, crab, mussels, langoustine, clams, halibut, bass, to name a few.

From 3 pm until 5.30 pm we serve our Cicchetti menu. Full of fabulous small seafood and carne plates. From 5.30 pm we serve our full menu.

All our dishes are individually prepared and cooked to order in our open plan kitchen.

Eat, drink and relax in the comfort of our plush surroundings, whilst appreciating the fantastic river views over the bridge and up to Inverness Castle.
