Head chef and owner Marco Daltorio began his career in Griffith in NSW, learning from his parents in their family run restaurant. Now Saluti Restaurant in Fortitude Valley specialises in hearty Southern Italian cuisine and has renovated the premises to include an alfresco dining area and pizza bar, accompanied by a wine list boasting fine Italian and Australian wines. Next door you will find their Grappa Bar with a selection of Italian spirits and bar snacks. Saluti Restaurant can cater for up to 80 sit down style, or 150 cocktail style.
