Moving from the kitchen to the open dining area that features a warm contemporary oak and walnut dining table with unassisted wheelchair access and high backed leather chairs comfortably seating eight persons. One can dine whilst gazing out the patio doors to the decking and garden area whilst capturing the late afternoon and early evening sun with sea views to Loch Ryan and Irish Channel.

The modern sleek contura wood burning stove with glass front and side windows situated between dining area and lounge provides a warming glow in the evening and winter months. The Sonos audio in-built system provides unlimited music of choice further enhancing the dining experience.

Glenapp is on the ground floor and super king size bed that zips and links into two single beds if required.  Glenapp and the adjacent shower room is in line with Visit Scotland Category 1 unassisted wheelchair accessibility. With views to Corsewell Lighthouse,  Mull of Kintyre, Ailsa Craig, Arran, Glenapp and the Ballantrae coast.

Moving from the open plan ground floor area towards the stairs, on the left, is a large attractive shower room with large rectangular natural coloured tiles is striking with its minimalistic design including recessed WC, washbasin with semi-pedestal, and open shower area with additional adjustable showerhead and non-slip tiles. A support rail in the shower with removable shower seat and adjustable showerhead provides support for additional physical needs when required. There is lovely under-floor heating. This is a most attractive wheelchair accessibility shower room fit for everyone. Complimentary soap and shower products enhance this overall effect.
