It feels like a little piece of Cuba at The Palm Royale located right in the heart of bustling Richmond. It's full of character with it's token palm tree furnishings, bright pastel painted walls, and range of imported beers from Central America and beyond. The bar food is uncomplicated and uses all the comforts of pan-American inspired ingredients ( think jalapenos and melted cheese). Functions can also be held at the venue.
