A glammed-up version of a New York butcher shop, The Meatball and Wine Bar has taken over Breadwell Cafe on Flinders Lane. A ‘Meat Bar' neon sign illuminates the rustic interior where handmade meatballs are made based on recipe's from owner Matteo Brun's Northern Italian heritage. Desserts are also meatball shaped, like the whoopee-mac, an ice-cream ball inside two macaroon shells. All our products are lovingly prepared by artisans using time honoured traditions. At The Meatball & Wine Bar, we use only the finest quality ingredients. Australia produces some of the best meats in the world and we are proud to use these products in our balls.
