Located in the heart of historic Forest Park, the Saint Louis Art Museum is one of the nation's leading comprehensive art museums with collections that include works of art of exceptional quality from virtually every culture and time period. Beyond the collections, the Museum maintains a variety of services, amenities, and programs to help make your visit more enjoyable.

Parking

Free public parking is available in the two lots located on the north side of Fine Arts Drive, across from the Museum.

Paid parking is available in the Museum's 300-space underground Parking Garage, located on Fine Arts Drive. The Garage is open to the public during Museum hours (30 minutes prior to opening to 30 minutes after closing), and is also available after hours for events in Forest Park, by arrangement. 

Parking Garage Fees and Payment:

• $15 daily
• Members - $5 daily. To receive the discount, tickets must be validated at one of the Museum's Information Centers prior to payment at the electronic pay station.
• Payment is accepted at the electronic pay station located on level P1.
• Please remember to take your parking ticket with you into the Museum for payment.

Accessible parking is available in the public lots and in the parking garage. Accessible entrances to the Museum are located at the East Building and in the parking garage. An accessible drop-off area is located directly in front of the East Building.

Assistive Devices

• The museum welcomes visitors who require wheelchairs and other personal transporters. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the information centers.
• Complimentary magnifying glasses and large-print versions of exhibition labels are available at the information centers.
• Assistive listening devices also are available at the information centers.

Service Animals

The Museum welcomes visitors who require certified service animals. Service animals must be on a leash at all times.

Sign Language Interpretation

A gallery tour with American Sign Language interpretation is held on the third Sunday of each month.

Strollers

Strollers are welcome in the Museum, but their use may be restricted in some areas.

Restrooms

Restrooms equipped with changing stations are available.

Coat CheckA Coat Check is available free of charge in Sculpture Hall.
