As a bustling Vietnamese restaurant on Chapel Street, Saigon Rose is sister to the Richmond eatery of the same name, where diners can get a taste of Vietnamese fare alongside some pan-Asian flavours. Think specialty pho alongside caramelised salmon and Peking duck all served at a great price. While it may not be Melbourne's most traditional restaurant, Saigon Rose certainly has diners rushing back for more.
Being the first and original Vietnamese restaurant in Chapel Street, we have served our food to many locals and visitors to the area.
Traditional fare such as Pho, Roast Quail and Vietnamese Pancake feature on our menu, along with modern interpretations such as Soft Shell Crab Buns, Caramelised Atlantic Salmon and Crispy Pork Belly with sweet potato fritters, everything freshly made in house by our family chefs.
We are a licensed venue, open Monday to Saturday. We encourage reservations, and also offer a take away & delivery service. BYO for bottled wine is offered Monday - Thursday only.
