Caroline Springs is about 30 minutes' drive north-west of Melbourne's CBD and home to Red Beetle Cafe and Bar - a local favourite for morning coffees and light meals. There is a varied menu - choose eggs cooked the way you like them or a stack of pancakes with seasonal fruit. Lunch brings a repertoire of burgers, salad, pastas and grilled proteins.
Red Beetle Cafe opened in May 2010 and is located right on the corner as you enter the car park for Caroline Springs Town Centre. Since then, our reviews have been 5 Star and our clientele keep coming back for more.
Red Beetle Cafe's interior, designed by us, reflects the easygoing sensibilities of the surrounding area while also maximising natural daylight as it changes throughout the day. You have the choice to relax in the glass-enclosed meals area or sit outside and take in the glorious weather - you can bring your dog too for our outside areas - complete with water bowl for them and 'Puppy Chinos' can be arranged.
