Seddon's Mozzarella Bar isn't exactly a cheese thing, but it isn't exactly a pizzeria either. It's more an Italian trattoria with a deep love of mozzarella (because how can you not?) and the know-how when it comes to blistering, bubbling wood-fired pizza. There's a pleasing list of inventive pizza and calzone varieties, plus there's the likes of arancini, nonna's meatballs and pastas. Round it all off with a bottle of Italian grape juice. Established in 2013, with over 18 years experience in hospitality, pino veneziano & chef / pizzaiolo anthony palermo opened their pizzeria in seddon. Wanting to bring to the people the experience of dining as you do at nonnas house. With family recipes, a woodfire oven from naples burning at 450 degrees, and the passion for authentic italian cooking....mozzarella bar was born. In 2016 mozzarella bar received an accreditation by avpn (associazione vera pizza napoletana) as one of only 18 pizzerias in australia that produce real, authentic pizza as they do in naples.
