Seating just 20 people, this intimate restaurant revolves around authentic Japanese dishes of sushi, hotpots and soups, all meticulously prepared by the head-chef at the blonde-wood sushi bar. You'll be surprised at how far your dollar stretches here, too. Given the size and popularity of this restaurant, bookings are essential.
The year 2016 marks the 10th year anniversary that Mizu has been open on Greville Street in Prahran. Over these 10 years, customers who are dining in, have constantly been welcomed with open arms, and are all consideredlike family, accustoming them to the warm heartened nature that Mizu entails. Mizu continuously selects the freshest ingredients, thus including poultry and vegetables, to ensure their customers receive the healthiest and freshest meal and are satisfied with what Mizu has to offer. Every dish is carefully combined with a specialty sauce that is individually selected by the Chefs and Owners of Mizu.
As we are now expanding the restaurant, we hope wecan continue to satisfy and give pleasure to all old and new customers, wanting whomever, to feel welcomed and favorable, with hopes of returning to Mizu again.
