Marion is a Fitzroy wine bar known for its lengthy wine list that's heaven for the grape connoisseur. The bar is housed in a former metal plating factory and its industrial fitout pays homage to the building's past with its glass, leather and timber. There's no menu, just daily specials pumping out of the open kitchen, featuring small bites like oysters, scallops, charcuterie and perhaps a pasta or two. Neighbourhood wine bar based on an idea that grew from a love of approachable and welcoming drinking and dining establishments across the world.
