The National Football Stadium is nestled between a housing development on one side and a commercial zone on the other. It is the home of the Northern Ireland National Football Team as well as a local premier football club. On site there is limited parking to visit the store on none match days or to go to the heritage centre. On match day, parking is extrememly limited and nearby car parks and on street parking needs to be used.

I always use my blue badge for on-street parking whenever I go to a match here. There are a limited number of accessible parking bays within the stadium grounds, but trying to leave after a match is extremely difficult, so I find the on-street option much better. The staff are extremely friendly and will do there best to assist. The stadium has several accessible toilets, that are adequate and spacious but could have been better designed in such a new facility. There are food kiosks on match day and the seating is well placed in the stadium, but there is a limit of being with just one companion, which is restrictive for families. I always take my electric wheelchair too. Only for the reason of fans standing up during the game and restricting the wheelchair viewing. My riser helps me get around this problem, but for others it is very frustrating.
