Kodiak Bar is Melbourne's only bourbon bar, bringing a taste of America to Brunswick Street. Looking like a trendy neighbourhood bar, Kodiak is dark and brooding, complete with a moose head on the wall. A small menu of American treats including Kodiak's famous buffalo wings; chicken and waffles and an ingenious little dessert of bacon, cookies and cream come with suggested alcoholic pairings that extend way beyond bourbon. Intimate late-night bourbon bar doling out hearty American snacks, plus an upstairs tequila lounge.
The Kodiak Club brings the atmosphere and culture of American bars to the streets of Melbourne, based on Brunswick Street in Fitzroy The Kodiak Club offers one of the biggest ranges of bourbon, rye whiskey and scotch whiskey.
Along with a range of American bar foods, including our famous Buffalo wings (if you like tangy foods with a taste like no other, this is the one for you!) to give you a complete experience only found in American bars.
The Kodiak Club is Melbourne’s place to go for bourbon, cocktails and American food. Operating since 2010, we have slowly but surely been building our collection of fine bourbons and have now amassed over 100 bottles of our favourite spirit. Our stocks change depending on what we can import from America, so there is always something different to try.
In case you’re not a bourbon type of person, our bartenders are seasoned professionals which makes our cocktail selection a drool-worthy experience! Then there’s the beer list with over 28 American brews on offer.
And from our kitchen? We have Buffalo Wings, our version of Poutine, Jalapeno Bottle Caps, Chicken Waffles and more. We are happy to say our Buffalo Wings have been receiving recognition since the start!
