Carlton North has a number of drinking holes to choose from, but none do it quite as well as the eclectic and highly regarded Gerald's Bar. A cosy local, guests can slip in for a quick glass of wine or a leisurely and impromptu meal from the seasonal dishes scrawled on sheets of butcher's paper daily. There's also a parlour in the back for private degustation parties for up to 14 guests.
