The view defines the Auberge, where you can gaze out across the sea to the neighbouring Channel Islands from either the indoor contemporary styled areas, with full-height glazing which frames the scene, or in the warmer months sit outside on the terrace or the lawn. The view is not the only reason to visit: the kitchen team offers passionately cooked modern cuisine, with a focus on seasonal, good quality local produce. The restaurant boasts a two rosette rating with the AA, is Michelin Guide recommended and is listed in the Good Food Guide. To complement the food, classic cocktails and a good range of premium spirits are on offer, together with a comprehensive wine list which offers some very good wines at solid value for money prices.
