Originally constructed as Thomas and Dawson’s General Store in 1850, 41-43 University Avenue, had a major facelift in 1905.The embossed tin ceiling was installed and the Saloon Facade was added, making ‘Thomas’s Old Stand’ quite unique in Charlottetown. A one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette containing a Breakfast/Cocktail Bar complete with bar stools. Cozy, quiet and comfortable. In the living room a sofa-bed, armchair and a separate work area with desk, and task lighting. The bedroom contains a Mission Style Queen-bed with a matching dresser and night-stands.
Superior Suite 201
A full one bedroom apartment,which sleeps 4 (one queen size bed in bed room and one pull out couch in the living room). Spacious, at over 600 square feet; Suite 201 has many large windows, a full kitchen with appliances and a table for four. The living room is furnished in leather and wood with ample seating and a work area with high speed internet and good lighting. French doors lead to the bedroom which features a Queen size sleigh bed and matching Louis Philippe furnishings.
Loft Suite 300
A stylish, romantic, studio loft. Open-concept, over 900 square feet with windows on three sides. The living area features a one-of-a-kind sofa, two brick red leather armchairs, laminate and ceramic flooring, a separate dining area, a work area and a kitchenette with two-door refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom has a Queen Sleigh Bed and the bathroom has a hand tiled ceramic shower stall with glass block separating it from the heart-shaped Jet-Aire bathtub for two.
