Welcome to our B&B in Windermere, the Hawksmoor Guest House. Whether you simply want to relax, visit Beatrix Potters 'Hill Top' or put on your boots and walk the fells like Wainwright you'll discover the best of both worlds at the Hawksmoor.

Set in its own grounds the Hawksmoor Lakeland Guesthouse is a large, spacious Guest House offering 12 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, excellent off-road private parking for all guests including a disabled bay, lawned gardens to the front and patio area to the rear where you can sit and watch the world go by or maybe even spot a roving Roe deer in the woods.

We pride ourselves on being one of Windermere's premier guest houses and focus on providing a high quality level of service and accommodation as standard. Like any good guest house we aim to make your stay not only pleasant and relaxing but perfect for you.

There are 12 bedrooms to choose from at the Hawksmoor, with doubles, twins and a family room available. Each bedroom has a King Size bed or larger and is fully en-suite with either bath or shower or both. All accommodation includes a flat screen TV, DVD player, free unlimited wireless internet access, tea/coffee making facilities, wine glasses & bottle opener, hairdryer, iPod docking station and fully fitted wardrobes. All room prices quoted include breakfast and free use of our membership to leisure spa facilities situated a mile down the road from us.
