Queen Street Rescue's use of local produce every day is focussed on providing fun, and fresh Modern Australian dishes to suit any taste or mood. An extensive list of foods to snack on can begin a meal or form one in itself, with dishes such as soft-shell tacos filled with garlic and herb prawns, avocado salsa and coriander or chipotle and honey roasted pork with white bean puree. Larger dishes include flavour-packed pizzas or roasted lamb fillets marinated in honey and rosemary. To finish, desserts include coconut panna cotta with caramelised banana and dark rum sauce or flourless chocolate fudge pudding with berries and whipped vanilla bean ice cream.
