I stayed here for just one night and had to depart for the Singapore next day. The hotel, however, is very comfortable. I am a wheelchair user and had emailed ahead to ask for either an accessible room or to be supplied with a plastic shower stool. I was told neither was possible. Yet when we checked in the young lady on reception told me she would locate a shower stool herself immediately. And good to her word , we had barely been in the room a matter of minutes when she turned up at the door with a suitable stool. I would suggest that 5* hotels really ought to have accessible guest rooms. There shouldn’t need to be guesswork on the part of the disabled guest. However, we were most comfortable following the provision of the stool. Staff provided excellent service and did took extra care of mine during my stay.
