During my booking enquiry for disabled room, i got assurance of getting the disabled room and during the check in immediately told me that special disabled room allotted to me. Disabled parking was right outside and available. The staff were helpful and friendly. The disabled room Was very clean and a good size, if a little cold as we were in disabled room and it was very big. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
