There are Disabled parking bays but none available and out of 10 bays only 2 displaying a blue badge parking. They got me ground floor disabled access room with wet room & comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and easily got it. Check in was quick and easy. The only complaint was wet room had a rail but no shower curtain/screen. Other all facilities were good.
