Wheelchair access was straightforward and easy. I was in wheel chair and escorted immediately to the relevant lift. It is wheelchair accessible right to the top viewing level. Disabled toilet is at the far end so if somebody else is coming out you couldn’t get in with a wheelchair as not enough space to pass or even turn out of the room. The staff where fantastic getting us through the crowds.
