We have travelled to NYC and used both Newark and JFK and we found Newark to be the easiest to navigate and the help on offer to be very visible. They were able to provide information about onward transport into the city and even arranged this for us. They also had lots of information for us on accessible attractions, which they shared with us whilst we waited for our transportation to arrive.
