I stayed here for two nights. The staff are so friendly and helpful at the reception as well as all areas of the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, requested extra pillows, towels and milk all delivered in 5 mins. Room was clean comfortable and well stocked with toiletries etc, even though we chose to take our own. We did not have problem with noise and got a great nights sleep all two nights. Being disabled some hotels say accessible but are not, this has fully fitted wet room with all the bars, emergency pull cords. Everything has been thought of. Cleaning staff do fantastic job daily. Well done to all the fantastic staff and yes we will be returning.
