I booked an accessible room for me and partner to stay in advance only and as I’m in a wheelchair and have stayed in many 5 star accessible rooms which have showers over baths! But at this premier i got the wet room with walk in shower which was just perfect for me. Good service from staff very helpful and polite. check in and check out times were good. Very quiet, apart from the road noise. No air conditioning in the rooms however they do supply fans if needed. No air conditioning in the rooms however they do supply fans if needed. Accessing parking with disabled bays. If in the area would stay again.
