Clean room, friendly staff but bit of an issue for so called accessible room. Sorry guys a grab bar here and there in the bathroom, especially over a bath is not truly accessible. Need walk in shower as i advise during my checkout. If they had wet rooms, that would be fantastic but all rooms have baths with shower over. Mattresses are very hard, not everyone’s choice. Staff however are great and very helpful.
