On our last visit to London, we stayed at this hotel for couple of nights. The arrival and check in was perfectly smooth and encouraging. I am wheelchair bound and had no problems getting around in the room or in the common areas. My accessible room was perfect and was comfortable, bed was at good height. The shower was a dream to access and use as was the entire bathroom. All hotel staff are thoughtful, attentive and have a respectful informality.
