Check in was quick with my room ready for me on arrival. There are two elevators that work well. The hotel is about 3-5 minutes walk away from Lime Street station, near the Holiday Inn. I was allocated a disabled room. Bathroom is large with a bath, built in shower in the bath tub, hand soap is in a small tube which I found a bit weird, prefer a normal bar of soap. Shower cap, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, body lotion are provided and there were plenty of disabled grab rails around the toilet and bath area. Room service is also available 24 hours. Good stay for me.
