We choose this hotel for its ample disabled parking, accessible room & facilities and accessibility to Bristol city center. I am wheelchair disabled and enjoy the adapted rooms and a short roll over the crossing. The bathroom was unusually large with disabled shower facilities. Ended up in a ground floor disabled room. All very comfortable, clean and efficient. Reception were very courteous and helpful.
