The first impression of the hotel which was the staff and facilities were everything you could expect in 5 star hotel who allowed us to check in early. The hotel has ample car parking making access to reception extremely convenient. We were allocated a ground floor disabled access room in the main hotel. Room was very large and comfortable with an enormous bed, armchair and sofa. The alternative was showed and this had separate bath and walk in shower. Overall great stay. Will surely recommend to others.
