We were here recently and stayed for couple of nights. On arrival we have requested for accessible room and it was mixed experience. We had to battle our way around numerous corners and through numerous doors to get to our room. Inside, room was nicely setup, i did not faced much challenges. Main problem was with bathroom it had poor space for toiletries, a shower over a very difficult to get in and out of bath with no grab rails to assist until you were actually well in, and some seriously grotty seals round the bath and peeling shabby paint work on the windows left a pretty poor impression. Room service was quick and good. Staff did their best and helped me out all the time.
