Stayed here for couple of nights before few months. The location is great, just around the corner from Oxford street. Whole hotel looks elegant and feels cosy. Mine was accessible room, it was spacious and nicely setup. My only concern was about the bed height. It is higher than average level of most wheelchair so it’s bit risky to transfer from the wheelchair to the bed specially if you can’t use your legs and depending on your arms to left your body to the bed. Bathroom design was superb and it was a barrier free with a good space inside with a roll in shower. Buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. Staff was highly accommodating and friendly.
