Stayed for one night at this hotel few months ago. The entrance is through a revolving door with a flight of stairs. The other way in is a side door to an extremely small lift with no information about how to find the Reception once you get in the lift. There was barely enough room to get an electric chair in as well as myself and a small luggage case. Our room was fabulous in size although the decor was a bit tired and I know I could have asked for a refurbished room. The wet room was superb with a proper disabled seat and sink for wheelchair. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Staff was professional and friendly. A definite overhaul of the lift is required and lots more disabled parking spaces.
