We stayed here for one night on our recent visit to Leicester. We asked for a accessible room and got one on the ground floor. This room was very near to reception, spacious and clean. The bathroom was great having LED lights in the wall so ideal for wheelchair users. The bed was extremely comfortable with very good pillows. Had a great breakfast in the morning, all the items were of a high quality. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time.
