We stayed at this hotel for couple of nights, booked accessible room keeping my wife’s need in mind. Room was spacious and there was enough space for wheelchair user to move around. Bathroom was also accessible and not much issues were faced by my wife in using that. Few of the problems were regarding cleaning, it was not done properly. The only service we received was towels were replaced, and toilet paper was replenished. Our beds were never made, linens were never changed, bathroom was never cleaned, and our floor was never vacuumed the entire time we were there. Also, breakfast was not that much good and did not have proper options. Staff was highly accommodating though, they were trying their best to help out everybody.
