Stayed here for one night and I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Check in was quick, simple and friendly. Mine was accessible room and it was large, easy to get around and included an excellent bathroom fully kitted out with high-quality aids. Two suggestions though, An armchair or two would be useful, even wheelchair/ walking frame users like to sit in proper chairs to watch TV or chat and the office chair is too dangerous for them to use, Also, LCD screen on heating control is too small for users who may have visual as well as physical problems. Breakfast was delicious and had good amount of choices. Staff was very much attentive and provided excellent service throughout.
