We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. It is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, with nature reserves on the marshes that are full of bird life, and a popular destination for bird watchers, as well as walkers. We stayed in Room which caters for the disabled as the loo seat was raised and the bathroom was more like a wet room with a shower but no bath. It overlooked the middle of the hotel, was spacious and the bed was large very comfortable. The downside of our room was that I believe it was over the kitchen so was too warm, and the windows looked directly into the windows of the rooms opposite so there was little privacy. The shower was very poor as the power was not strong enough. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the food was very good too.
