Stayed here recently with my family, we requested for accessible room and got one on arrival. The room was huge with all very modern amenities and very good lighting, bed was at lower height. Enough space to travel around the room and manoeuvre wheelchair. Bathroom was fully accessible and everything was within reach. As a disabled person, i felt there was a genuine helpfulness and professional approach to caring for the disabled. Hotel was up to Premier Inn`s usual high standards.
